We answer emails as soon as we receive them. Support is available Monday – Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Our replies are not automated either, we do read what you have written – and answer as best we can. Here is a picture of Morris, who usually answers your questions, so you can put a face to the person you are emailing!
