Now, there's nothing more frustrating than sending an email and wondering if & when it's gonna' be answered...or is it a real person on the other end. Well folks...
It's very simple, we do things a little different here. We do business in the way that we ourselves would like to be treated. And that means, we answer emails as soon as we receive them. Support is available Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Our replies are not automated either, we do read what you have written - and answer as best we can. And here is a picture of Morris, who usually answers your questions, so you can put a face to the person you are emailing!

Please, please, please... If you have a email spam filter, make sure that you allow incoming emails from support@sonix7.com. It does happen, that such spam filters block our replies, and this can lead to a lot of frustration, when you think that your emails have not be answered by us.
And did you know that 90% of all technical support questions & problems experienced with your new player can be quickly resolved by reading through the Troubleshooting & Video Tutorials pages. These were written for the previous generation of players, and are still good for ONDA players.
